On the eve of the activities, the company held a mobilization meeting for Quality Month attended by all management personnel. Chief Engineer Bai Junsheng presided over the meeting, while Technical Manager Dang guojing read the activity notice, deployed the activity plan, clarified departmental objectives and assessment methods, and built a consensus on quality. Union Chairman Gou Zhanmin provided detailed arrangements for skill training and competitions. The director of the Technical R&D Center Gao Yuan and the director of the Low Iron Sodium Sulfide Workshop Wang Bin both expressed their commitment to enhancing quality and improvement. The Power Department has closely monitored quality objectives, carefully planned, and solidified responsibilities while strictly implementing standardized operations. They ensured the stable operation of environmental protection and monitoring facilities while balancing efficiency and costs, fully supporting safe and efficient production during Quality Month.


As the leading production unit, the Barium Nitrate Refinement Workshop has a crucial role in ensuring stable furnace conditions and conversion quality for the coal powder position. The employees have diligently implemented the company and workshop directives, strictly controlling key coal powder indicators to ensure smooth equipment operation, integrating quality-first principles and meticulous control throughout the operational process.


In the Low Iron Sodium Sulfide Workshop, forklift driver and janitor class leader Zhao Jiufeng has prioritized safety and quality in his role. He proactively identifies issues, strictly adheres to operational standards, coordinates janitorial tasks, and accurately completes loading and unloading tasks, ensuring stable quality improvement through high-quality work. New employee Quan Chuang, who joined just over a month ago, is diligent and eager to learn. He approaches his work with care, honing his skills in seemingly simple packaging operations according to workshop quality standards, practicing repeatedly, and quickly becoming competent in his role, ensuring a clean and orderly work area and process.


At the Quality Inspection Center, the tester Zheng Xiaodan adheres to a “zero error” high standard, deeply engaging in laboratory testing with a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous operation. He ensures that every test report is accurate and genuine, fully maintaining the authority of inspections and the reputation for quality.


The most exciting and noteworthy aspect has been the skills competition aimed at promoting practice and enhancing quality through competition. Following two weeks of skill training, the competition for testing, chemical, and packaging positions kicked off with great enthusiasm. Technical Manager Dang Guojing, Production Manager Lu Tingting, R&D Center Director Gao Yuan, and relevant leaders organized and judged the events impartially. Participating employees were eager and well-prepared, while General Manager Su Hualei and Labor Union Chairman Gou Zhanmin personally attended to observe and oversee the competitions, making them both intense and dynamic, showcasing the responsible, dedicated, skillful, and positive spirit of the company’s employees.


According to statistics, during the first half of the month, production of barium and alkali series exceeded targets, with raw material supply and product quality meeting planned goals, achieving a new annual production high.
