Fuhua Chemical 2026 Mid-Year Work Conference Successfully Held
As we reach the halfway point of the year, new chapters unfold. On the afternoon of July 20th, the Fuhua Chemical 2026 Mid-Year Work Conference was successfully held in the company conference room. The meeting was presided over by Deputy General Manager Li Jie, with all middle and senior management personnel in attendance, and President Wang Pu delivered an important speech.
According to the agenda, General Manager Su Hualei provided a summary of the first half of the year and outlined plans for the second half. He acknowledged the highlights and achievements of the first half, analyzed the shortcomings and challenges in production and operations, and systematically set forth the goals and priorities for the second half of the year. Following this, Director of the Technology Research and Development Center Gao Yuan and Production Section Chief Lu Tingting each delivered statements that reflected on their responsibilities, summarized their gains and losses in light of the company’s objectives, and expressed their thoughts and determination for the next steps.
In her speech, president Wang Pu expressed gratitude to all employees for their unity and hard work, which led to commendable achievements over the past six months. She pointed out that the current economic situation is facing persistent downturns, intensified competition in the industry, oversupply in the market, and increasingly stringent compliance requirements. Operating a business is akin to rowing upstream; if we do not advance, we will fall behind and risk being eliminated by the times. She emphasized that the company would face even fiercer competition and challenges in the second half of the year, highlighting three key points for everyone to keep in mind:
1. Strengthen Research and Development to Enhance Product Irreplaceability: Achieving price differentiation hinges on increasing the technological content of our products. We must persist in driving innovation through technology, implement a reward system for new product development, intensify applied research, and fully leverage the platform provided by the high-end chemical research center in cooperation with Jiaotong University to achieve technological breakthroughs. With leading-edge technology and solid capabilities, we will compete fiercely in the market and ensure sustainable development.
2. Diligently Study Business Practices and Actively Advance Compliance Construction: Compliance is a critical lever for business development. Operating within legal boundaries minimizes costs. Everyone should master their business responsibilities, actively learn and comply with relevant laws and regulations, fulfill their duties without overstepping, avoid shirking responsibility, refrain from accepting kickbacks, and protect company secrets, all while adhering to established protocols.
3. Be Diligent and Self-Disciplined to Improve Crisis Awareness and Risk Management: Conducting business is like walking on thin ice, with risks and opportunities coexisting. Seizing opportunities while controlling risks is key to business development. We must strengthen our awareness of safety and the primacy of life, strictly adhere to regulations, continuously engage in drills, and actively advance environmental safety, internal controls, and compliance initiatives to minimize risks. This will ensure we safeguard our environmental, safety, and quality lifelines, paving the way for the company’s high-quality development.
In concluding the meeting, Deputy General Manager Li Jie called on all attendees and employees to: 1) earnestly understand, communicate, and implement the spirit of the meeting, developing practical plans to translate the company’s expectations into concrete actions, ensuring that the meeting’s directives are detailed in every work segment; 2) maintain a problem-oriented approach, focus on addressing weaknesses and breaking through barriers, take proactive measures, and apply precise strategies, honing the team through practical work and enhancing self-improvement; and 3) while excelling in their respective roles and refining their business skills, keep the bigger picture in mind, foster teamwork and collaboration, and strive for efficiency to comprehensively achieve the annual goals, ensuring that the company’s benefits align with employee gains.
