Product Name: Precipitated Barium Sulfate for Battery(BaSO4)
Properties: White powder with a relative density of 4.50, it is poorly soluble in water, ethanol, and acid, but soluble in hot concentrated sulfuric acid. It has stable chemical properties, superior physical performance, few impurities, good dispersibility, and an appropriate particle size distribution, demonstrating outstanding applicability to meet specific needs.
Packaging: 25 kg/bag, with the inner bag made of polyethylene plastic film with a drawstring closure, and the outer bag made of polypropylene woven plastic with machine-stitched seams; or multilayer paper bags with machine-stitched seams. Custom packaging is also available according to requirements.
Precautions: Protect from exposure to sunlight and rain; store in a dry and ventilated warehouse with a base layer to prevent moisture; do not store or transport with colored items to avoid contamination; prevent packaging damage during loading and unloading.
Function: Battery-grade barium sulfate is specifically developed for the production of lead-acid batteries. With a high content of barium sulfate and very low Fe content, it is a high-end product among similar types of barium sulfate available domestically. It can effectively increase the specific gravity of battery, enhance battery capacity, improve discharge performance, and extend battery lifespan
