At 1pm on July 15th, Fuhua's office and production area were adorned with flashing banners and prominent slogans, with a large banner hanging in front of the party meeting room declaring the theme of the event: “Farewell Ceremony for the Best Employee Liu Junrong for recuperation”. Company leaders, labor union members and chairman, equipment department heads and workshop team leaders gathered together for a warm farewell ceremony. The meeting was presided over by Ren Xiaolong, secretary of the party branch and deputy general manager. 

The exemplary recuperation activity was organized by Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Labor Unions for front-line workers selected 8 representatives from Weinan City, only 1 was selected from Fuping County. Our company’s worker Liu Junrong was honored to be chosen, it is deserving of celebration and pride.

According to the agenda, The union chairman, Gou Zhanmin first read out“the notice regarding the exemplary recuperation work for frontline workers in 2024” issued by Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Labor Unions, then wore ribbons and red flowers for Liu Junrong, and gave a congratulatory farewell speech.

Secretary Ren congratulated Liu Junrong, the honored representative of front-line workers selected to recuperate at the provincial workers’ recuperation hospital, and introduced him as an outstanding mechanical technician who has worked at Fuhua for over 30 years.  He participated in the company’s relocation and various major technical improvement tasks, demonstrating strong sense of responsibility and outstanding performance. He was once awarded “Labor Model” and be recognized as the best employee for many times. The election for this occasion is truly deserved and honorable.

The chairman of the labor union, Gou Zhanmin, delivered a warm congratulatory and farewell speech. He pointed out that the recuperation of workers is a specific practice of the party and the country’s respect and advocacy for labor creation, caring for front-line workers, and benefiting laborers. It is a welfare activity with significance and high standards. Liu Junrong, the best representative of front-line workers elected by the company, is both skilled and accomplished, with a reputation for excellence, and continues to demonstrate the spirit of loving the Party, loving the job, and striving for excellence. Participants collectively wish the best employee, Liu Junrong could temporarily set aside work responsibilities, relax and recuperate, feel the care, and enjoy a good time.

After the meeting, the company arranged a special car to take Liu Junrong to  Shaanxi Workers’ Recuperation Hospital for recuperation, reflecting unlimited support and care.
